The following session shared ongoing research in K-12 technology-enhanced classrooms. Dr. Wong explained how she has taken her learnings to co-create an online Master of Education program. Through interaction and dialogue opportunities, participants considered how they can apply this research into practice.
Bio: Dr. Melanie M. Wong is an Assistant Professor of Teaching in the Department of Language and Literacy Education. Prior to working at UBC, she was a K-12 educator for over 15 years. She had diverse teaching experiences including as an elementary teacher and various leadership roles.
