TouchSpeare
Shakespeare’s First Folio made accessible through a touch table interface
Overview
Continuing EML’s Shakespeare xR, this project seeks to integrate the remaining Folio pages into the touch table interface to complete the Folio book, and facilitate interactive educational experiences for users interested in Shakespearean literature.
The project will refine the current user interface for improved usability and navigation. The touch table serves as a valuable outreach tool since there are intrinsic security and preservation issues with putting the original Folio on public display.
