Historical Overview of VR and its Application Space
Lecturer: Meehae Song

In this lecture, Meehae will be introducing a brief historical overview of VR and its related technologies and present different uses of VR application space. She will also share her first-hand experience in creating different types of VR/AR applications that she has worked on over the years.

Biography:

Meehae Song is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Interactive Arts and Technology, SFU. She has been implementing diverse VR applications since 2000 and have taught several courses on VR. Her talk will give an historical overview of VR and its application space.
